Return Policy- 

Our 48 hour (2 days) Return Policy allows the customer to look over the product for any potential flaws or mistakes on the product. This also covers customers that are sent the wrong size by mistake.

THIS POLICY DOESN’T COVER IF THE CUSTOMER ACCIDENTALLY PURCHASED THE WRONG SIZE,  NO TRADES FOR OTHER PREFERABLE PIECES ARE ACCEPTED.

Refund Policy - 

Refunds are only available for customers that fall under our Return Policy. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE RETURN POLICY.

Shipping Process/Policy - 
ALL ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER WHICH MEANS WHEN YOUR PAYMENT GOES THROUGH, WHICH CAN TAKE days, THE PROCESS OF YOUR ORDER STARTS. 

THE PROCESS FOR A SINGLE ORDER IS, first the TAPESTRY is WOVEN TOGETHER THEN IT’S SHIPPED TO ME AND MY TEAM AND WE PUT IT TOGETHER FROM THERE. it all takes about 3-6 weeks in total
